Reflections

Adrenaline 

This week we went kayaking and we had to work in a team to get the canoes and kayaks across the bridge and to the river behind the school. I am proud of myself because even though I have never kayaked before I managed to carry on and get to where I was supposed to be. At the end I was sort of left behind but I persevered and dragged the canoe to the end with a bit of help from Mrs Williams. I think that my next step for this class would be to  avoiding distractions.

1. A kite is a quadrilateral.

2. It is a closed in shape.

3. A kite is not a parallelogram.

3 properties of a parallelogram

1. A parallelogram is a quadrilateral as well (well if it has 4 sides)

2. A parallelogram is when the opposite sides are parallel to each other.

3. Usually has 4 vertices or sides.

1. Only two sides are parallel.

2. It is not a parallelogram.

3. It is a quadrilateral as well.

I think the definition of friendship is when you have a deeper connection with someone and you can share personal things with them because you trust them.

Soccer/Football modification

For soccer/football my modification is that you start with one ball and you have to pass it to everyone in your team before you are allowed to score a goal.
